How long are the lease terms?

We offer flexible options: month-to-month (great for trying out e-biking), 12-month, and 24-month terms. Longer terms come with lower monthly payments. You can also upgrade or change bikes if your needs change.

Is there a credit check?

No credit check is required to inquire or get a quote. We want to make e-biking accessible to everyone. A soft credit check may be done for final approval, which won't affect your credit score.

What happens if my bike needs repairs?

Just contact us! All maintenance is included. For minor issues, you can bring the bike to our service center. For major issues, we'll pick it up and provide a loaner bike if needed.

What if my bike is stolen?

All leases include theft protection. If your bike is stolen, report it to the police and us, and we'll work to get you a replacement bike as quickly as possible.

Can I buy the bike at the end of my lease?
